Mesoulholy: its already been 12+ hours so I guess it fixing itself is unlikely. It may still do so after a maintenance period, so there is hope.

Unfortunately, Support has no involvement with beta, we don’t have tools or systems that allow us to move your character. The system in general should automatically move your character to a safe location, but if it doesn’t, the best I can recommend is start a new character. Definitely submit a bug r
