I’m sorry, Apokalypsizf, but that isn’t really something we can provide. We do not individually audit characters. If you feel you have encountered a bug, the best course of action is to report it in the Bug Report forum and/or through the in-game Support menu.
I would start by completely resetting your User Interface. If you qualified for a Bonus Roll, you should have been given the option to use one. If you qualified but were not given that option, an element of your UI may have interfered with the prompt. Simply disabling your UI does not necessarily remove potential rogue elements that could cause an issue, which is why a full reset is recommended.
The currencies you are referencing are both related to Nebulous Voidcores, though they are not used for the same purpose. One represents your current total, which is zero in this case, while the other is not generally visible through the in-game interface. We use hidden currencies for various tracking purposes, and unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide additional details about those.
Looking at the available logs, I can see where a Bonus Roll may have been possible, but the attempt failed because there were no Nebulous Voidcores available to use.
