Unfortunately, Support has no involvement with beta, we don’t have tools or systems that allow us to move your character. The system in general should automatically move your character to a safe location, but if it doesn’t, the best I can recommend is start a new character.
Definitely submit a bug report about the issue though, as that is the best way to hopefully prevent it from happening in the future.
