That’s the problem I’m having. I can see it on the launcher, but the “game cannot be installed yet”. Purchased the CE through my Battle.net. I haven’t gotten any emails though. Not sure why I need an email when it’s on my launcher.
You purchased the physical Collector’s Edition or the digital? I’m not seeing any recent digital orders on this Battlenet account, Morren?
If you ordered the physical CE the beta code should be sent via mail. Make sure to check your promotions tab, junk/spam, etc… If you still haven’t received it please contact the Gear store support.
