So, they changed the permanent ban to an 18-month suspension… what can you do? They flat-out claim I was using cheats, even though I never did; it’s my word against theirs, and in the end, I just have to accept it.
I am sorry, Testasdfw. It is never our goal to suspend or close accounts, we do so to enforce our policies as best as we can. When an account that was closed is overturned to a suspension it is usually because while we verified a violation took place, we also verified that the account isn’t purely exploitive, and the violation allows for a suspension instead.
As far as I can see this was a definitive hit that was verified multiple times. The best I can do is recommend that you check your system to make sure there isn’t anything on it that might be considered automation/botting of any kind. Specifically, something that might run outside of the game client.
