I’m afraid that we don’t have any update to share, Gongpao.
The issue seems to be pretty rare, and in most cases, it resolves itself after a few minutes / hours, or after restarting the game. If the issue persists for a while, please do feel free to report it, and post as much information as possible.
That being said, this issue hasn’t been ignored, and is still under investigation.
