Yes and no. In previous years we would allow the registered user on an account, who is a parent or legal guardian of a minor, to let that minor access to the account.
There have been many changes over the years that limit how all that works. It used to be you could transfer a WoW license off of the Battlenet account when the minor came of age, allowing them to have their own Battlenet account since they were no longer a minor. That is no longer possible so for many years now we have recommended that minors 13 and old have an account in their own name with parental controls, as they would accept the EULA/Code of Conduct on behalf of the minor.
I’d rather this not be the focus of this thread, but it is a good warning to provide just to help avoid any complications in the future. :slight_smile:
